TopCar Design is an international company specializing in the development and production of unique, in-house designed tuning components for luxury automobiles. Founded in 2004, the company has grown to become one of the world's five leading tuning studios, with a presence in more than 40 countries.

It all began in 2004, when the world of luxury car tuning was still in its infancy. A team of enthusiasts founded TopCar Design with a mission to perfect production vehicles, making them truly unique. This allowed discerning customers to achieve an individual car design and enhance its performance characteristics.

Our Philosophy: Modular & Unique Design

Our primary focus is on creating distinctive vehicle designs and aerodynamic elements through the independent production of carbon fiber and Kevlar components using state-of-the-art technology.

In line with modern trends, our aerodynamic body kits are designed to be modular. This allows each customer to select and install only the specific elements they desire. In other words, each body kit is a collection of independent components. Any single part can serve as the perfect exterior accent on its own, tailored to the customer's personal taste without requiring additional pieces. Combined with various finishing options, this approach makes it possible to assemble a truly unique configuration.

TopCar Design invests significantly in high-tech development and manufacturing processes. Our engineers follow every stage of a project's development, mirroring the practices of major automakers:

  • Creating a full-size model from modeling clay.
  • 3D scanning and computer modeling.
  • Aerodynamic analysis using specialized software.
  • Crafting production equipment on 5-axis CNC machines.

The vast majority of our aerodynamic elements are made from carbon fiber and Kevlar using vacuum molding. This technique allows us to achieve perfect shape, flexibility, and strength while keeping the parts lightweight. We have perfected this technology to ensure that every new TopCar Design element installs seamlessly in place of the factory part, using the same mounting points. The installation process is simple, fast, and reliable, and all our products come with a guarantee.

A Legacy of Bespoke Projects

Over more than 20 years, TopCar Design has released a large number of tuning projects for prestigious brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Lamborghini, Porsche, McLaren, Bentley, BMW, and MINI. Each project's design is developed under the personal supervision of our founders, making every TopCar Design product a bespoke creation. Our independence from external investors is a fundamental principle, allowing us to maintain complete creative freedom in our design decisions.

The History of TopCar Design

  • 2004

    The company is founded in Moscow by Oleg Egorov, beginning its work in the premium car tuning segment.

  • 2005–2008

    Development of the first projects for the Porsche Cayenne, including the Advantage GT, GTR, and GT models. The company achieves a successful launch in the Russian market.

  • 2009

    Participation in the Essen Motor Show, Europe's largest automotive exhibition, leads to international recognition.

  • 2010

    The company expands into the international market, establishing collaborations with brands like 9ff and Lumma Design. It also begins importing ultra-lightweight ADV.1 Wheels.

  • 2012

    Launch of the Porsche Panamera Stingray project, one of the world's first tuning kits developed for this model.

  • 2015

    Unveiling of the Mercedes-Benz Inferno series, a landmark project celebrated for its aggressive design and unique components.

  • 2017

    A collaboration is formed with the Swiss watch brand Hublot to create a limited-edition watch series inspired by TopCar's automotive designs.

  • 2020s

    The project lineup expands significantly to include models from Lamborghini (Urus), McLaren, Bentley, BMW, and MINI. The company solidifies its presence in over 40 countries.

  • 2024

    Launch of the exclusive Urus R’Evo Stealth Edition. The company continues to advance its bespoke approach to automotive design and aerodynamics.
